The Organic Valle Del Belice DOP from Centonze is in an elegant Capri bottle and it is made exclusively with Nocellara del Belice olives picked by hand. The Centonze mill is in Castelvetrano, a small town close to Trapani, in the region of Sicily.

The Organic Valle Del Belice DOP has an intense green color with golden yellow glints.

At the palate there is a persistent flavor of spice and herbs.

Well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of green tomato and almond. A medium-intense fruity flavour that is round and full.

Olive Varieties: 100% Nocellara del Belice olives.

Pairing ideas: fish dishes, vegetable soups, meat and pasta.

Company History:

Since 1953 the Centonze family has been the owner of this estate and has always prioritized organic agriculture for the cultivation of their olive trees. The farmhouse is surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and lush citrus groves that lie between the ancient 'Latomie' stone quarries that are still visible after 2600 years.
