Pastificio Pisani was founded by two brothers, Cosimo and Aldo Pisani, who have been producing durum wheat for several generations in their farm in Corigliano Calabro, Calabria region. In 2002 Cosimo and Aldo Pisani decided to start a new business called Pisani & Pasta where they make authentic regional pasta using their own durum wheat semolina.
