Coratina olives are hand-picked at the end of the season in the country of Puglia region, in the Southern part of Italy. Corona delle Puglie is a cooperative of 70 farmers with 3,000 acres. Corona delle Puglie produces only 100% Coratina extra virgin olive oil. The olive mill is in Bitritto close to Bari area in the region of Puglia.
