With just two bronze cooking pots and a passion for chocolate, he combined regional recipes and the finest natural ingredients to create his confections. He aimed to create an extraordinary experience using only the finest natural ingredients, such as cocoa, natural vanilla, and the famous Piemontese IGP hazelnut.
