We will not know the true price of your weighted items until they are assembled, weighed in store and packed. We add this refundable hold to account for any variances on your order. For example: if you order 5lbs of chicken breast at $9.99, and the actual total ends up being 5.5 lbs, $5 would be deducted from the $20 hold and the remaining $15 dollars, will be returned to you.
We will send through refunds by the end of the day your order has shipped. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for this to be reflected on your bank statements.
No, there is no minimum order
While placing your order, we will provide you with an option to select your delivery date when you checkout. We offer delivery as early as the day after you place your order.
Yes, there are several managers present at any given time. If you have a specific inquiry or suggestion, please visit the Guest Relations team at our desk at the top of the escalator.
You may come and collect your order in person by sending us an email to email@example.com. A member from our team will be in touch with you to coordinate your pick up. Please allow at least 6 hours for us to fulfill your order.
For next day deliveries, the cut off time for placing orders with us is 9 p.m. the day prior. For future orders beyond next day, you can place an order anytime and choose your preferred delivery date.

To make any changes to your order, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been picked and packed.
We work with various shipping providers based on delivery location. Our local courier provides us with the next day delivery option to ship all items we offer, including fresh items in the GTA. Anything outside of those zones will automatically be shipped with our national carrier. With all national orders we can only ship non-perishable items.

We offer a flat rate of $13.90 per order for local shipping within our delivery zones. All other deliveries will be automatically generated and shipped via our national courier when you enter your postal code at checkout.

All local deliveries within the GTA are daily, from 1pm-5pm. All other deliveries shipped nationally will vary depending on shipping date and delivery location.
We recommend if you have a delivery with fresh items that someone is there to receive them directly. If you are not home to receive your items, we are not responsible for any issues you will have with a product.
