Vegan Chocolate Colomba - 750g

A twist on the traditional, this Vegan Colomba is made in the style of colomba with natural yeast that takes at least 30 hours to rise. The vegan version of the holiday treat is made without eggs or butter but has the same rich flavors that we love.

Founded in 1944 in a small pastry shop on Viale Monza in Milan, the enterprising Angelo Vergani started his own bakery. Now, Vergani is celebrated for its traditional holiday panettone (the classic Christmas cake) and other holiday treats.
