From the first taste, you will embark on a sensory journey through Sicily! You will notice floral notes of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and aromatic plants. The flavour is intense, offering a pleasant sensation on the palate with a perfect balance of bitterness and spiciness.
You can use it in a variety of dishes from soups to marinated fish. It is also excellent raw on bruschetta, beef carpaccio, and vegetable crudites.
