All you need to do is to add boiling water to create a creamy, delicious Truffle risotto! Cascina Agricola Belvedere measures out high quality dehydrated ingredients, combined with the best rice to obtain a delicious and healthy dish that is quick and easy to prepare. The Agricola Belvedere risottos are a natural product made without preservatives and without monosodium glutamate. The controlled atmosphere packaging guarantees a fresh product. Ready-to-go product! Ingredients: Carnaroli Rice, Grated Cheese, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Carrot, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Truffle Tuber Aestivum, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Soy Miso, Celery, Herbs, Spices, Aroma. Directions: Serving for 4 people. Saute the content with 1 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add one third cup dry white wine to taste. Slowly add 650ml or 22 oz boiling water. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add grated parmesan cheese and butter and salt to taste.
