Lemon Risotto-250 g

Directions: Serving for 3-4 people. Saute' the content with 1 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add one third cup dry white wine to taste. Slowly add 650ml or 22 oz boiling water. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP or Grana Padano DOP.
