Torcetti Cocoa Butter Cookies - 300 g

Torcetto al Burro con Cacao is a typical Piedmontese product and is one of the specialties of the De Mori company that makes it with an ancient slow-rising and completely natural recipe. In the cocoa version, part of the dough is enriched with very fine cocoa to make the flavour more intense and original.  Torcetti are handmade, slightly sweet, crunchy and buttery. In 1974, Doriano De Mori began delivering his homemade bread to shops in his small village.

In 2001, Doriano and his son, Simone, began to grow this small bakery and started selling more artisanal items such as breadsticks and butter torcetti. Today, the De Mori company continues to value their artisanal craft with high-quality raw ingredients, but on a much larger and more advanced scale.
