Our chefs have been exploring our marketplace to pick up the season's best produce and hearty heritage grains like quinoa. Try seasonal antipasti like Zuppa di Minestrone, a hearty soup filled with cannellini beans, cabbage, leeks, tomato and extra virgin olive oil.
For a main course, complete your meal with bountiful insalate like the Insalata Misticanza, featuring a mixed greens and herb salad, hazelnuts, radish, green beans, Pecorino Romano DOP and Prosecco vinaigrette.
