The Moscato Wine Jelly from the Mariangela Prunotto farm is a jelly obtained using high quality Moscato Piemonte DOC wine. The only added ingredients are cane sugar and pectin, without any other artificial flavours or thickeners. This is the only way this jelly is able to contain the most intense flavour of the fruit. Well suited when combined with aged cheeses, but also perfect to enhance the flavour of very young cheeses, this jelly is also delicious with yogurt, gelato or fruit salad.
