The 'Aspromontano' Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olearia San Giorgio is obtained by hand picking and cold pressing Corolea, Ottobratica and Sinopolese olives from their olive groves in the southern region of Calabria. The aroma is herbaceous with notes of white apple and strong ripe tomatoes. The color is an intense golden yellow.On the palate, the extra virgin olive oil is herbaceous, delicate and harmonious with notes of ripe and dried fruit. They have 25,000 old olive trees in San Giorgio Morgeto and Cittanova where each season they hand pick the olives and cold press them in their olive oil mill.
