Caffe Espresso & Chocolate Panettone - 750g

A favorite in Italy and the Canada alike, this Espresso panettone is made with natural yeast that takes at least 30 hours to rise, with a coffee-infused dough and then filled with a generous helping of choice chocolates.

Founded in 1944, in a small pastry shop on Viale Monza in Milan, the enterprising Angelo Vergani started his own bakery.  Now, Vergani is celebrated for its traditional holiday panettone (the classic Christmas cake) and other holiday treats.
