Caffè Vergnano
Caffè Vergnano was founded more than 130 years ago as a small grocer's shop in Chieri, a small town at the foot of the Torino hills in the region of Piemonte. Still run by the Vergnano family, the company sources the highest quality coffee beans from around the world. Our standing bar at Eataly offers a curated menu of espresso, including a variety of blends to choose from. Don’t forget to pair your coffee the Italian way with a pasticcino, or pastry, from our adjacent pastry counter, La Pasticceria!

HOURS

Open Daily: 12 to 8 p.m.

OUR MENU

Our coffee menu is as authentic as it gets! Step up to a genuine Italian standing bar and order from our variety of single espresso and espresso-based drinks, including Caffè Americano, Cappuccino, and Latte Macchiato. We also have Italian hot chocolate, made with Venchi, and cold drinks like an Iced Americano. Enjoy your coffee the authentic Italian way by pairing it with a pastry from our pastry counter just steps away from the bar.

CHOOSE YOUR BLEND

Together with Vergnano, we know that everyone has a unique preference for coffee flavour. For this reason, we offer a variety of blends to choose from to make your espresso. Whether you prefer it more delicate or bold, sweet or bitter, we have a blend to satisfy your coffee taste!

AZOMICO PRESERVATION

An incredible system to preserve the freshness of coffee, our azomico silos hold our coffee beans. Nitrogen is inserted into the silos at a pressure higher than two bars. This pressure prevents the beans from expelling gas and aromas, avoiding the negative effect of oxidation. All of this keeps our coffee beans fresh so that when they are finely ground, all you get is pure, good taste. Caffè Vergnano Eataly NYC Flatiron
