Caffè Vergnano was founded more than 130 years ago as a small grocer's shop in Chieri, a small town at the foot of the Torino hills in the region of Piemonte. Still run by the Vergnano family, the company sources the highest quality coffee beans from around the world. AZOMICO PRESERVATION
An incredible system to preserve the freshness of coffee, our azomico silos hold our coffee beans. Nitrogen is inserted into the silos at a pressure higher than two bars. This pressure prevents the beans from expelling gas and aromas, avoiding the negative effect of oxidation. All of this keeps our coffee beans fresh so that when they are finely ground, all you get is pure, good taste.
