Siamesi Cookies - 250 g

This is Luca Montersino's version of the famous baci di dama, jewel in the crown of refined Piedmont confectionery tradition. These sweets are made with highly selected ingredients: rice flour, Piedmont hazelnuts, almonds and raw cane sugar. Once they leave the oven the baci are joined in twos by a layer of fine dark chocolate. Golosi di Salute was founded by the famous pastry chef Luca Montersino in Monticello d'Alba, in the region of Piemonte. Golosi di Salute is one of the most healthy pastry shop in Italy. For many years Luca Montersino has aimed to specify ingredients accurately in the labels and to spread the message that each ingredient is designed to promote healthy living.
