Description

The newest harvest Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Malavalle contains all the essence of the Tuscan countryside in its elegant glass bottle. This product has a limited edition of 6500 bottles per year.

It is obtained from Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olives that are handpicked between October 10th to October 30th in the hills of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the Maremma Toscana. Novello means the new one, the first Extra Virgin Olive Oil coming from the new harvest, a real olive juice, squeezed and bottled right after production. Rich in polyphenols and vitamin E. It has a light natural sediment on the bottom, typical of an Unfiltered Oil. A nectar with a unique and unmissable taste.

This product has a medium fruity aroma that recalls fresh cut grass with hints of artichoke. On the palate is well-balanced bitter and peppery with nuances of grass and artichoke.

Olive Varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo.

Pairing ideas: bruschetta, salads, meat, crudites and soups.
