The Umbria DOP Colli Martani Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lungarotti is made from a carefully handpicked selection of the first-harvested Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio olives that grow in the Martani Valley in Umbria.
The colour is green with golden reflections.
On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is herbaceous with balanced notes of rosemary, artichoke and aromatic herbs. Harmonious bitterness accompanied with spiciness.

Olive Varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, selected and certified for DOP production.

Pairing ideas: bread, soups, pasta, meat, vegetables and salads.

Company History:
The Lungarotti family lives in Torgiano, near Perugia, in the region of Umbria, where they produce excellent awarded wines and extra virgin olive oil Umbria DOP Colli Martani.
