At Eataly, we don't just believe in any water, we believe in Lurisia, which bottles its mineral water directly from the source, Fonte Santa Barbara di Lurisia, at the base of the western Alps in the region of Piemonte. Exceptionally balanced, it is refreshing on its own and makes the perfect base for Lurisia's line of sparkling sodas.

Gazzosa is made from tart and sweet Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi coast and mineral water from Lurisia.  Excellent on its own, the refreshing soda also makes a creative base for a cocktail.
